Arif is a Muslim triathlete who recently qualified for the SEA Games during Ramadan. Here’s how he manages his training during Ramadan.
Qualifying for a major Games is a challenge at the best of times. To do so in the middle of Ramadan is even more challenging.
Still, that’s what Coached athlete, Ahmad Arif Ibrahim, had to do if he wanted to represent Singapore in the upcoming SEA Games in Vietnam.
