Jim Webster
Jim Webster is an exercise physiologist at Coached.
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in sports and exercise science, Jim has worked with hundreds of people to optimise the way they train, eat and live.
Passionate about a quantitative approach to exercise, Jim oversees testing in the Coached Lab. With a strong background in strength and conditioning, he loves teaching his clients how the body works and what they can do to get the most from it.
Ben Pulham
Ben Pulham is the founder of Coached, which he started to help people optimise, track and enjoy their training.
His background is in high-performance triathlon, where he represented New Zealand in the ITU World Cup Triathlon Series. His final race as a pro was the Beijing Olympic Trials at the end of 2007.
Since then, Ben has been a sought-after professional coach. He has worked with thousands of athletes and many global brands, including Under Armour, where he is a brand ambassador, Apple, BMW, Cisco, Facebook, Nike, P&G, and Tag Heuer.
Novia Liew
Novia Liew is the Mobility coach at Coached.
With a background teaching Barre and training in long-distance running, Novia brings a unique blend of expertise to her classes, focusing on freedom of movement, balance, and endurance.
Passionate about helping her athletes discover the depths of their movement potential and breakthrough mobility limitations, Novia’s class is all about “tough love” and a “post-release feel-good”.
