Why I started Coached

I'm Ben Pulham.
Most athletes just call me Coach

I raced professionally as a triathlete and finished my career after the 2007 Olympic Trials.

When I stepped away from racing, I started coaching.
The goal was simple.

Help everyday athletes train well.
Track progress properly.
Enjoy the process.

During my career, I worked with world-class coaches and trained alongside some of the best athletes in the sport.

That environment shaped how I think about training.
How sessions fit together.
How recovery, fuelling, and decision making matter just as much as effort.

Coached is how I share those lessons. Clear structure. Real support. Training that fits real life.

What we believe

Training should make you healthier, not break you down.
Performance should come with longevity, not burnout.
Results come from process, not punishment.
