Real triathletes. Measurable progress.
Not endless volume. Not chasing everything at once. Just balanced training that fits real life and adds up.
Motivated but directionless. Too much information, no clear order. Training felt random and hard to trust.
A clear philosophy and simple structure that respected work, family, and health. Training slowed down, then started to make sense.
Yang completed his first half Ironman in year one, ran a sub-2 hour half marathon in year two, and set a half Ironman PB in year three. Training became efficient, consistent, and sustainable.
High volume. Repetitive weeks. Frequent injuries. Plenty of work, limited progress. The sub-4 marathon stayed out of reach.
Training adapted to real life. Fewer very long sessions. More intention. Better balance between stress and recovery. Sessions had a reason to exist.
Renaud finished Ironman Thun under 12 hours, ran 3:52 in Singapore and 3:40 in Berlin, and qualified for the T100 Age Group Championships in Qatar. Injuries faded and enjoyment returned.
Training that fits real life.
Triathlon training should feel simple, structured, and sustainable.
Real coaches, not influencers. Real experience, not bots.

What our triathletes say...
Started training with Coached in early 2020. A few key things have changed for the better.
First, I enjoy training far more than I used to. The program fits me, the learning materials are excellent, and the community is supportive.
Second, no more injuries. I used to get hurt often, but the right training load and smart recommendations have kept me healthy.
Finally, I’ve improved every year. At 52, I’m running and biking better and faster than I did 20 years ago.
Thank you, Coached!
Iʼve come a long way with Coached. Various podium finishes, four Half Ironman’s, and one Ironman under my belt. Coached has helped me be very consistent in my training and improve my fitness level significantly.
Coached has played a huge role in my athletic progress over the past 2.5 years. Ben has provided the structure I needed, guiding when to push and when to back off so I could improve while staying motivated and consistent.
He’s also been a huge help in executing races. What used to feel like a test of fitness and grit now feels like strategy as well. With his framework, I improved my 70.3 time by about 30 minutes in under two years.
As someone who cares about peak performance, I’m sure Ben will keep refining his methods. I’m excited to see how far this takes me in my not-so-professional athletic career 😅.
I know what I am doing each week and don’t get injured as often. I have set PB’s in all race distances and managed to represent Singapore in the SEA Games.
Coached has given my training structure and is flexible at the same time. This makes training much more bearable. With constant support from the coaches and a supportive
community, training is fun and I have progressed quicker than I expected.
Learning to train by heart rate has changed everything. I realised I don’t need to smash every session to improve. Building comfortably, session by session, has helped me see real progress.
